These guys are great. I’ve seen several therapists and Shauni is particularly good. They are good all rounders and at $ 80 for 45 mins their prices are pretty good.

We turned up for an appointment of 2×1 hour massages in Queen St on a Saturday. The doors to high rise building were locked. I called them and they said they would open them. A minute later they phoned back and told me that we didn’t have an appointment. An hour later they called and said they had 2 walk in customers that they thought was us. I don’t know how they could have a walk in though a locked door up to the 9th level. We’d walked about half an hour from our hotel room so we were fairly unimpressed. Needless to say we didn’t take up their offer of another appointment time.

Booked in for a massage to help fix a shoulder injury(apparently I haven’t mastered the Plates back roll yet…). I’ve seen Tim twice now and the problem is well on its way to being fixed. The usual tenderness was there for two days after each session but it’s that amazing pain that you don’t mind. The setting is quite basic given their focus is more on sports injury but I understand they offer a range of treatments so maybe the other rooms have a more relaxed vibe depending on the type of massage you pick. They also have rooms on Alma Rd. Take your own wet wipes if you want to get rid of the massage oil though — supplies are lacking on site which is a shame.
