Rubbish! Not even shampoo supplied! Room average and started to worry when two complaints were made while my wife checking in… Location is good but busy and trying to get 4WD in the car park was more than a challenge…

Oh Milano, my Milano! After a lot of hesitation I am writing about you. I don’t want others to know about your perfection. It’s already getting so difficult making a booking with you. I can understand why everyone loves living here. The gorgeous apartment, white leather lounges, super comfortable bedding, glass tables, city location, Foxtel, Gym, swimming pool, tennis courts and bbq, rock climbing wall, Cinema theatre on site, grand foyer, I could just go on. But what sets you apart from other apartments is your service. Any request was granted with a smile with no mention of increase in room cost. Louna you offered to bring me movies fro your home to keep me entertained. I cannot Thank you enough for making me feel at home. I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment simply because the management understand that customers on long stay(I was there for around 3 months) may have relatives visiting and could do with the extra space. I opted for Daily servicing and the staff are absolute perfectionists at their job. They are also super friendly and loaded me up with more sugar, tea and soaps than I could ever use! It’s been over a year, but I am yet to find tea as good as their Paddington tea. Did I mention car park? It was undercover and secured and included in our room cost. Not that you need a car if you live here, as it’s exactly 2 minutes walking distance from Melbourne Central. Oh Milano, you’ve spoilt me, I find it hard to move into service apartments in other cities. I hope you will start a chain soon. ’till then stay the same!
