This is a semi-​regular haunt, across the road from my former office and up the road from my new one.
Food here is always tasty, especially the comfort food — think shepherds pie, lasagne, chicken curry, individual potato tops. Al goodness.
Sangers are made fresh to order and a selection pre-​made, roast meats available on roll, wrap, bread or turkish, take your pick, and a reasonable coffee bean on generally.

Trumps all other local St Kilda Rd office lunch eateries for sure.
For $ 9.80 I had the Gourmet Moose burger stuffed with sautéed mushrooms and avocado. Hit the spot. Was epic in size and perfectly done. Came out within about 6 minutes. Many sides to choose from but I thought it would suffice on it’s own. They also do the standard salads, sangas and cakes. Lots of suits in the café. I had the pleasure of listening to a Kiwi girl crap on about some guy who dumped her over the weekend at the races. Amusing.
