Stand Up Paddle Perth

The hubby surprised me with this 7am class last Saturday morning. and while at first I was quite sceptical. I actually had a great time!
It’s loads of fun. trying to stay on that board and balance, whilst paddling against the current is quite difficult and takes load of energy… great work out for the whole body
This was a first timers lesson and the instructors were great… pushing us when needed and rescuing us when we got side tracked :)
I luckily didn’t fall in, but someone else did ;)
Class was from 7am until 8.30, cost $ 40 and included the board and paddle hire plus the supervisor of our instructors who certainly earnt it! 30 minutes instructions/​safely, 1 hour in the water.
They have different classes running through the week and the Sat one is the only lesson session they run… there was also one at 9am.
I will def go again!
