Charlesworth Nuts

I brought some pistachio nuts from here not that long ago so I could make some pistachio gelati (which turned out awesome by the way), and I couldn’t fault the service.
They had a big range of all the different types of nuts you can think of, and the prices weren’t too bad. Yes, more exxy than the supermarket, but you get what you pay for.
Service was fast, and friendly.

Nuts! You can get the cheapies from your local supermarket or you can buy quality from Charlesworth Nuts. I’ve just discovered the Charlesworth Factory Shop and it’s a great place to visit because not only do you get quality but you also get a discount on prices as well. Don’t expect huge discounts though, things aren’t that much cheaper than in their retail outlets but if you do buy 5 or more items you’ll score an extra discount of 12.5%. Senior citizens also get a discount of 12.5% just for being seniors and they deserve it!
Most of the products are pre-​packaged in 500g bags and you can choose from all kinds of nuts both fresh and roasted, choccies, dried fruit and other sweet treats. They also have a great selection of gift baskets on offer. I particularly like their baking packs made available at Christmas time. If you like to do your own baking, you know it can cost a fortune by the time you buy all the ingredients. Charlesworth have made it a bit easier with these ready made packs that contain all the ingredients you likely to need for your Christmas cake or pudding.
Charlesworth’s is a family business and they’ve been on this site in Marion since 1977 since family elder Chappy Charlesworth setup shop here. Chappy’s long since left us but his legacy lives on and this small business is thriving. Let’s here it for small business.
