This was an awesome little find. A great spot to catch up over a lazy Saturday brunch. Love the cosy intimate space. The staff were lovely. The food was generous and delicious. I had the corn fritters(yum!) Highly recommended you pair your meal with Prana chai… I had two!

Another visit here and I am upping my review to 5 stars. Everyone was happy on this occasion. Wife had soup which was unique and tasty. Kids had the ham and cheese toasty and pancakes. I had the usual. Ham and cheddar with toast. I have to say, I love toast with great bread, butter and homemade jam. I really could just eat that for a meal. The coffee is really excellent here to, so you can’t go wrong. The owner seems to vary the menu so there is always something new and fresh. Service was timely and courteous as usual. I learned this trip they do takeaway!

I love, love, love this place! It’s the absolute antithesis of the sterile, industrial designed café taking over Melbourne. Instead of sleek gray concrete walls, stools that barely support the shape of a woman’s rear end, and awkward share tables, entering this café is like walking into a countryside eatery. This café offers nothing but warmth, friendly staff, fresh ingredients and wholesome meals. My absolute favourite time to go here is on weekdays. Weekends are generally pretty hectic, and it’s pretty hard to secure a table among the screaming children and flustered parents. Weekdays are all about laid back coffees and lunches. This café is very child-friendly(fortunate for some, unfortunate for others), and they offer a lot of little treats to keep your rug rats satisfied. There’s also an absolutely gorgeous courtyard that instantly separates you from the hustle and bustle of city life.
