Four words: GOTOTHECITY. How did I get roped into going to this awful place thinking it was the same as DJ Claremont or the city? I was disgusted by the carpets and absolutely no one was helpful. They do not stock ANY high end international designers here. No thank you.

I know that the DJs staff receive extensive customer service training, so why do I always find I feel ignored when I go into their stores? Sure, they’re friendly enough once I’m at the counter handing over my card, but why can’t I get a ‘hello’ before I approach them? Other than that, the service is fine. When it comes to wanting an item transferred they are only happy to help. I’m usually shopping in the young fashion department, which stocks loads of brands, all pretty trendy and current but varying in price. There is ALWAYS something I want. However, the racks aren’t exactly organised, so you may need to do some digging to find a size. And that’s not even during sale time. The department itself is pretty small and I find it a bit tricky to navigate. It just doesn’t ~flow~, and I find myself floating from rack to rack, wondering what I’ve already looked at. Does anyone else have this problem? Maybe I’m just easily confused.
