Coffee Etc On Kooringal

This place is small, so small that you could potentially have missed it many many times walking by the shops in its surroundings.
If it wasn’t for the A Frame sign sitting on the road I would have missed it too. People can always do with a coffee… like me. So I walked my tiresome child strewn self in here to find the atmosphere a bit box-​like (maybe because the store was a bit small) but the customer service excellent. Very friendly, chatty not not overly and the coffee to be good. I have tasted better coffee but this coffee was good. I had the Chai Latte and ordered a Cappacino for my husband. It wasn’t ‘oh my gosh this is so good’ type coffee but it was definetely a ‘very comforting’ feeling coffee.
There was a bit of constuction going on nearby so I can’t say the atmosphere was the greatest but it’s worth a check out.

I have a soft spot for this little café in Jindalee. A year ago, this café was completely flooded past its ceiling. It was very sad to see this small business go through something so devastating. That is one of the reasons why I am passionate about supporting this café. That and because they make pretty good coffees and have a wonderful selection of cakes and lunch time fares.
The lady who owns and runs Coffee Etc is really lovely. She has a great grasp on what good customer service is. You can have good conversations with her as she’s so easy to get along with.
The café itself is very cute. It has simple furnishings but with gorgeous little touches, like cushions on the corner of the chair. It has a great vibe and is very family friendly. If you come here, make sure you get one of their loyalty cards and take advantage of their ‘one free cookie with the purchase of your 5^th coffee’ and ‘one free small coffee with the purchase of your 10^th coffee’.
For anyone who was affected by the floods and in particular those in the Western suburbs of Brissy, I would strongly urge you to support and check out this lovely little café in Jindalee. When you do, you’ve got to try the macadamia and chocolate brownie! So good!
