Infuzions Hornsby

Hornsby has become a veritable hotpot of cultures and cuisines, in the most positive of ways. There are so many choices to make but after eating at Infuzions, it’s really hard for me to choose to go anywhere else, at least for the immediate future.
I’ll make it really straightforward.
* Staff — friendly, full of smiles, efficient and attentive. Nothing is too hard. The manager is a wonderful guy who obviously cares about what he’s doing and it really shows. Our first visit was on the opening night and our host could not have been more charming or generous, offering us free samples of various dishes. There have been many visits since then and the service and care is always the same, day and night.
* Ambience — excellent. The tasteful, indoor courtyard-​styled interior looks great, with bare bricks, shutters and lots of dark wood. Atmospheric, softly but well-​lit and very relaxing. It’s a large space that because of the interior design, still allows you an intimate and private feeling. The outside choice for dining is spacious and the tables are sensibly arranged so that you can still enjoy a quiet chat without overbearing noise from other diners.
* The important bit — the food. Presentation is clean, fresh and stylish. The dishes are exciting, tantalising, (especially my favourite, the twice-​cooked pork belly) and the produce is always bursting with flavour. The Asian Tapas lunch offerings are colourful, exciting and really good value. Excellently presented and prepared. Barbecue pork buns, scallop dumplings, prawn dumplings and the grilled meatballs are just a few of the items we are torn between when visiting Infuzions. Both lunch and dinner menus are worth examining at great length.
This is a restaurant that is reasonably priced for what you see and get. It’s a warm, friendly place to eat, or just to go to for a light snack and a drink. Parking is easy and the place is not hard to find, being right in the middle of Hornsby’s shopping centre. If it’s a romantic, private experience you want, or a fun night with friends, there are few restaurants of this class and presentation in the immediate area, that offer as much as Infuzions Hornsby.
