A seriously cute homewares shop, Mozi has all sorts of bits and bobs created under their own label that would make a grown woman want to get all Martha Stewart and match her bedspread to her cereal bowls. It’s more funky than lace and doilies: a winner when I need to buy a small gift for a friend’s birthday or wedding/​engagement party. Your groovy Mum will like it too.

Mozi is an Australian home-​wares label that have some gorgeous designs and shapes.
There are some fantastic tea towels, cushions and body products. They’re gearing up for Christmas at the moment so it’s a good time to pop in and get some nicely designed Christmas ornaments and tea towels.
It’s the sort of store that you’d like your home to look like. Where everything has its own little place and is fancy in its own special way.
The staff here are lovely and it’s a pleasure walking around and looking at all the fun things they have.
If home-​wares aren’t your thing, then they also have Viktoria + Woods clothes up the back as well as jewellery.
It’s a lovely store and it really got some Christmas ideas firing in my head.

Mozi is one of those brands that snuck up on everyone. You used to be able to find one of their hand creams or candles in clothing or book stores.
Now it seems as though this home grown brand is in major demand. They can be found in American and England, as well as in Hawthorn, Victoria.
What I love about the products are the variety of scents and how subtle they are no matter if they are used in candles or creams. Mozi has scents from Egyptian lavender to quince and rose, spiced apple and raisin, to fig. They are never overpowering or smell fake.
The candles are superb and come in different sizes and prices, the most expensive being $ 40.
The Hawthorn store is gorgeous, it is large and light with friendly staff and lots of great gift ideas. Mozi is branching out and stocking baby wear as well as textiles and other great options for home décor.
