Dr Terrence Ong

I saw Dr Ong about an eye problem that caused me much grief. He was running late meaning that I had to wait a while to see him — which I didn’t mind. When I finally saw him I explained that my eye issue had caused me pain for a long time. He acted disinterested and did a quick examination. I told him that eye lubricants and other simple treatments hadn’t worked for me and yet all he could do was suggest that I try even more eye lubricants — which I later learnt can actually worsen the situation I have. He was not compassionate in the slightest and rushed me through the appointment. I did not gain a single thing from the appointment, other than even more stress.
