I joined Adrenalin over a year ago and have never felt more comfortable going to a gym. There is a relaxed yet encouraging feel about the gym. The staff are great and the personalised service they provide is fantastic. I have been training with Amy and my individual needs have been considered and met from day one and it has been fun! This is not like other gyms, anyone and everyone is welcome and made to feel like they are part of the Adrenalin team!
