DO NOT GO HERE ON SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.
Seriously. As soon as we walked in we could hardly move. Had to queue for ages just to get bracelets and once we entered the downstairs area it was just mayhem, lines of about 20 kids for every area. Bit hard to enjoy yourself while everyone’s staring and waiting for their turn. They need to have a limit on how many people they actually let into the arena. Not enough staff actually controlling the kids and making sure they actually wait their turn. Spent $ 18 and left within about 15 min. Complete waste of time

Bounce Inc was a fun place to start a buck’s party. We each got one-​hour passes and grip socks then began on the slackline. None of us could get beyond two metres but it was fun trying and falling.
The free-​jumping arena was next. This was a space covered in trampolines where we bounced, flipped and struggled to run. Then we played Dodgeball with ten-​year-​olds and lost.
My favourite was the big bag. It’s a trampoline leading up to a big air-​filled bag. I could have flipped onto that bag all day.
I couldn’t shake the feeling that the slam dunk would end in my face hitting the rim but I scored a few anyway. I enjoyed taking a few steps up the wall too.

OMG. This place was so much fun! I’ve been hearing about it forever and thanks to a fellow Unilocaler who organised an event i got to finally experience the joy that is bounce. This is a place where you can unleash your inner child. We had an hour session with a host who took us from one end of the centre to the other. We got to free jump on the tramplines first up, which i must say is quite exhausting. Never knew how many muscles bouncing on a trampoline uses!
Nexst up and my favourite however was dodge ball… on the trampolines! Such fun and harder than it looks. We finished up with the long trampoline leading up to the giant air bag. You can run, bounce jump but in the end you end up landing on a giant airbag. The hardest part is getting off the airbag!
You definitely realise that as a kid you take your fearlessness and fitness for granted. This was such a great time and i already want to go back again… once my muscles recover that is! I definitely recommend if going with a group you get a host/​guide as you don’t have to wait in lines with everyone else and you get the most trampoline time with your money. Also as adults is nice not to have to navigate around too many kids when you have your own private space.

Bounce is taking fun to all new heights! There’s a free bounce area so you can get back into the swing of it, a long run-​up trampoline to where a foam pit awaits, a performance area for those with skills and of course, the dodgeball arenas. Depending who you play against, dodgeball gets pretty competitive quickly! Each player has their own trampoline, eight players to a team… let the fun begin!
Bounce is good for all ages, so you should expect your session to be full of everyone from little, tiny children that never tire of energy to fitness groups squeezing in a fun workout! For busy times, you should definitely book online in advance. I found 2 hours was perfect for my first session — enough time to explore but wow, you’ll feel your muscles the next day!

I have heard of this place from friends and colleagues however never really fully understood the concept. Before going I checked out their website which gave me a better indication of what I was about to get myself into.
We booked a 1hr session, already regretting that the time we could spend at the venue was so short. After paying for our session and putting on our special socks we joined the rest of the bouncers in the «free bounce» arena.
I’ve had such a work out from just bouncing around. My friends and I spent most of our time perfecting our bounce technique so that we could slam dunk the foam balls into the basketball ring. We also gave dodgeball a try which was my second favourite activity.
After an hour of bouncing around I don’t think I had enough energy to go for a second hour.

I love this place. I love everything it represents. Wholesome fun and proves you are NEVER to old to get on a trampoline.
This is absolutely one of the best workouts I have had in a long time. Who would have thought that exercise can be so much fun. That foam pit is a deceptive way of burning calories quick smart.
Book in advance, because even late at night, there are heaps of kids out. But that’s ok, because they are fun to smash at dodgeball. Yes dodgeball! Although it can get depressing when they can do heaps cooler tricks than you.
Then after you’ve done all this fabulous great fun exercise, go for a cocktail. You earned it.

Looking for a place where you can jump around like an idiot and not give 2 hoots! Then you’ve come to the right place.
There are several different areas of trampolines from the wall to wall trampoline, to the long trampoline jumping into the foam pit, heck they even have dodge ball trampoline!
You can normally book in for an hour session and you get free bounce socks (better grip for the trampolines).
Although be warned, it’s not as easy as it looks. There were definitely some people who had done it before. a lot! Pretty embarrassing when the young’s outshine you with their acrobatic circus moves! I could never get as high as them, nor do as many flips. And boy do you sure work up a puff!
