Austral Land Rover

I came to Austral Land Rover to have a closer look at a brand new car they have. Upon arrival is was difficult to find parking as all their allocated parking bays (they only have 4 or 5 bays) were already occupied by cars waiting to be serviced or customers. I parked along the road further away from the car dealership.
When walking into the dealership, I was hardly noticed, so it took a around 10 minutes until someone finally asked if I needed assistance. Although they had already noticed my presence and were not with any other customer, they still took their time. As I mentioned what I was looking for, they staff suddenly looked very keen to help, which I took for eagerness to make a sale and not genuine customer service.
After a few visits, I decided to get the car. The decision to get the car was purely because I liked the car, however, the poor customer treatment I initially received stuck and didn’t make the whole buying experience as enjoyable as I would have liked. I am very happy with the car, however, for the next car, I would not plan on coming back here.
