Two things:
1. I wish my community centre back home had an in-​house café with a menu this delicious and healthy
2. I wish I didn’t have to casually stroll into the Five Dock Leisure Centre to find this one
That’s right — I’m the girl who *didn’t* go to the gym to work out, but instead just came here for the in-​house Bowan Island Bakery. Fitting. Once I got over the awkward hilarity of the situation, I was able to sit and enjoy a really fantastic bircher and flat white — amongst the relaxing ambiance of a 3rd grade basketball camp.
Ok fine, so I never got over the awkward hilarity of the situation.
