I wasn’t hungry so I didn’t try the food but it looks great. Coffee is delicious. My son inhaled two muffins after his active morning. Will definitely be back.

I was so excited when I first noticed Form in my neighborhood and couldn’t wait to check it out.
I used my niece as an excuse to get out of the house and venture down to the café across the road from the park. The staff were quite receptive to having a little person in their midst and made sure my niece had something to entertain her whilst she waited for her food.
The coffee was great and I loved the dining space. I ordered cheese and leek on toast which certainly hit the spot on the cold afternoon that we visited Form.
I can’t wait to take my niece back to the café… and the park too of course!

There is only a few things I want from my local coffee shops and it goes like this
* Great, consistent coffee
* Should be on the quiet side
* Have good cakes
* Great Service
The Form has it all! They know how to make a good coffee and it doesn’t matter if it is take away or have in, it is still made well. They have a modest collection of cakes and they taste great! if the serves were bigger or a bit cheaper I would be happier however.
There is nothing better than sitting in their big glass window on a cold winter morning enjoying the few rays of sunlight that make it past the clouds!

A solid café, with great service and a nice little setup. The food was a generally okay, but some of the dishes lacked seasoning (the potato midnight express dish especially), however my beer braised lamb open sandwich was delicious, and the mushroom with eggs was solid and the pork belly bun was okay, but didn’t quite come together (I’d blame the brioche bun, and lack of seasoning again)
Overall, it’s a great café if you live nearby, just not spectacular enough for a cross town trip.
