The secret Hair Code is struggling to attract business other than it’s local regulars who most(if not all) are friends with staff or owner for the following reasons: 1. Location — Hard to spot off a busy road, limited parking(there is parking spot owned by the salon next door) and it is a stonethrow away from the big Westfield, so I am guessing people don’t come here for convenience. 2. Experience — Staff are friendly enough and can happily blow dry or GHD style your hair, but when they tell you they can’t cut your hair because the only person who knows how to cut hair is busy, you wonder why there is only 1 hairdresser in a salon with 6 other staff. 3. Quality — I came in for a ‘Keratin’ treatment bought with a voucher. After 3 hours, the girls said it will wash out if I didn’t buy the«$ 90 shampoo» to complement it. No thanks. The treatment washed out, I got my money back, and I’m not coming back. Secret Hair Code should stick to keeping their small clientele happy rather than trying to sell out for small profit.
