Dianella Public Library

Nothing in life is free… unless they are library books!
The Dianella Public Library has a nice array of books, magazines, and a good amount of community information to get you active in your area. While the building is a bit older they have done well to keep resources and check out technology up to date. The library is also conveniently located right next to the Dianella shops, so one trip is convenient for both your grocery shop and your book swap.
The staff was helpful and signing up was easy too, what a win.

As far as libraries go the Dianella Library tick all the boxes. They have self scan computers that let you get your own books out so you don’t have to wait in a queue. If they don’t have the book you need they can order it in for you and if it is out on loan they can reserve it for you so you can be first in line when it returns. The staff here are OK, they have that bulging eye look as you ask them questions then they walk off without telling you what they are doing so you have to ask «Shall I follow you or are you just walking away from me?» but then you don’t go to a library for great customer service and a chat over a cup of tea do you? I have heard that they do children reading sessions at certain times too.
