Excellent service and better pricing than found at mall dry cleaners in my experience. Plus you can just wait in the car while they pick up or return your clothes. Definitely recommended.

DONOTBRINGLEATHERHERE!!! I cannot stress this enough — if I could give negative stars, I would. Their website states«Bring in your old leathers and see them restored as new! All our leather and suede items are done on the premises by expert cleaners, using the latest American systems to care for your garments and treat them accordingly.» This is a complete lie. In July(it is now November) I brought in a $ 500 Kate Spade bag to have the inside cleaned. I stressed that I only wanted the inside cleaned, but if this could not be done or if it would ruin the bag, not to do it. I never heard from Blue and White until they called to tell me the bag was ready. My fiancé picked it up and only when I opened it did I realize it was ruined. The entire inside has been stained black and because the design of the bag is more of a hobo/slouchy bag, the inside is always visible. This was issue #1 — they should have mentioned this when he picked it up. The likely reason they didn’t mention it is because they do NOT, in fact, clean leather on the premises — they send it out to another company to be cleaned. Issue #2 is the obvious destruction of an expensive bag. I immediately called them about the bag and they had me bring the bag back to inspect it. After weeks of waiting, they called to tell me there was nothing they could do and it was the manufacturer’s fault bc the bag wasn’t sealed properly(hard to believe of a designer bag). I picked up the bag again and they told me I could speak with a manager if I wanted. I played phone tag with managers for over a month and then in September, another manager(Yola) asked me to bring the bag in to see it again. I did, and she told me that this happens a lot and that people bring in clothing with leather trim«all the time» that gets ruined because«leather dye can run.» I questioned why the leather cleaner would move forward with cleaning garments before testing the colorfast-ness of an item(since even as a non-professional, I know better than to use a cleaning product on anything before testing an inconspicuous area first) and I did not receive any answer, I was just told they would try to get the stains out and get back to me. Fast forward another few weeks and they call me back to tell me there was nothing they could do about the stains. I again started playing phone tag with Yola about compensation and I was told that they would provide me with $ 50 of dry cleaning. I found this ludicrous in light of the fact that I was charged almost $ 100 to clean the bag and considering the value of the bag they ruined. They have finally decided to refund the price I paid for the cleaning, but do nothing about the bag. I am extremely disappointed in this situation and do not plan to bring anything else to this cleaner in the future.

I have used these guys for abut 5 years now — very convenient, same day clean and press for business shirts at a good price. As a regular I have my own laundry bag with my preferences for starch and so on captured. The drive through is pretty efficient and you will not wait long. For other than business shirts they can be a bit pricey, but they tend to do a good job. My only criticism is their lack of consistency. I have had my shirts come back soft as, and also so stiff I am afraid I will break a sleeve off! And sometimes the pressing is a bit haphazard, especially with the french cuffs. But in general, all good. I still go there every week, so must be OK!!!

Good service and one of the few drive through’s in Sydney. I used to go there once a week on average for a number of years and their service has been consistently good.

I can’t criticise their service, but this whole concept is just too American-movie for me to deal with! Can we really not even get out of our cars to walk into the dry cleaner with our dirty clothes? There are even THREE lanes in which to pull up to hand the gear over — heaven forbid we might have to wait! You’re right — I am being unreasonable. The quality of the service is good, the business has been around for years so obviously they’re doing something right(I guess car-door pick up is quintessential customer service .), they have all the right principles about using environmentally friendly techniques and recycling equipment, they do the work on-site even the big stuff(curtains, quilts etc). I confess I can’t quite bring myself to the other extreme either — posting my dirty gear into those out-of-hours post-box like thingies. I must be a dry cleaning traditionalist — the one you see lugging her doona across the street to the wee shop on the corner then struggling back trying to avoid dragging my six weighty hangers along the pavement. Foolish? Maybe.

Drive-through fast food. Drive-through ATMs. Drive-through churches… ok, that one’s just in Forestville, but you get where I’m going with this. These are pretty standard concepts, but Blue & White’s drive-through dry cleaning service is one I’ve not seen replicated elsewhere. Pull your vehicle up to the(you guessed it) blue and white covered car park, and await an attendant to mosey on over. Seated comfortably, customers lazily pass dirty items to staff, which are then placed in a bag to be cleaned You’re given a collection number and drive off with the satisfaction of not having had to lift a finger. How’s that for efficiency? Their cleaning isn’t too shabby either, and they don’t seem to tax you for the convenience factor. A silk blouse and giant blanket recently came in with a total of just $ 38. Not half bad for a sit-down service.
