CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! I’m being generous by giving them 2 stars and that’s only because the food and value of food was pretty decent. The service was so unprofessional we waited 15 minutes before getting served and that’s because I had to ask. The waitress was more concerned about socialising with her friends and their dog than actually serving the customers. She was also complaining about another customer who was complaining about the coffee (I don’t blame her) and was calling her a b**** and used other explicit language. Fair enough to talk about rude customers but not when your on the floor? I ordered a simple cappuccino and it was disgusting because they burnt it. Which was surprising seeing as it was campos coffee? My friend ordered a dirty chai which literally tasted like dirt and she couldn’t even finish it. I’m definitely not going back service was terrible and the coffee was the worst I’ve ever had!
