What do you call an organisation that takes almost $ 300 from you to repair a lens, then after the lens malfunctions after 18 months of almost no use, hides behind their warranty? Camera Clinic of Collingwood. I guess the abysmal 6 month warranty period should’ve been my first clue. Do yourself a favour, if you’re thinking of getting repair work done by this lot… don’t.
Here’s the punch line… They were happy to inspect what was wrong with it but it would cost me more $. Brilliant. They want to charge me to find out how they screwed up the repair job. Again, take a little time to see who else is out there who can repair your camera. You may not regret it.

They recently fixed the focusing of my camera and lenses under warranty. It did take some time, but service was friendly and they did a great job.

I’m adding a star after my last review because when we called to see if I had to come in to get the $ 45 put back onto my card, they said no and that they’d transfer it back to me right away. So they took my details and credited my account. I’m a fan again!
