Super A-Mart Cockburn Superstore

Went there twice with full intention to buy. No-​one approached us both times. The second time we went, we sat on a bed for 5 minutes, a staff member walked towards us, looked straight at us and then went to the computer. No hello, no smile. So we left. Horrible customer service.

The customer service in the Cockburn store is atrocious! The store manager «Victoria» and her staff need a course in customer service skills. Arguing with me and refusing to explain policies is inappropriate considering I initially walked and spoke with nothing but politeness to everyone I encountered. To argue with me the instant I ask a serious question was childish. The store manager and her staff only came up with options after they got told they had lost the sale is worse. Why the **** couldn’t you present those options politely and nicely in the first place? It would have avoided a lot of tension for all concerned. Even still, I’m not happy with them attempting to charge more than what was originally agreed to. Not honouring agreements with clients and arguing with them the moment you can’t fix an issue is extremely poor form. I will not be buying from or recommending this store. Shame on you. I walked in happy and walked out in tears. You have lost a client.
