The amount of old furniture, TVs, radios, LPs… it’s amazing.
While going through the store I found old 60s/​70s TVs that looked brand new. There were radios from who knows what age that were hulking great things. The only problem is the price…
Well for me it was an issue, for a collector of items like this the prices are probably about right. The thing is I’m not a collector and don’t see the value in paying $ 100 for an old TV that won’t even pick up a signal when everything goes digital. It really does look brand new though and I was still tempted. That’s the beauty of the place. It sucks you in. Maybe it’s the «new» look of everything, or maybe it’s the atmosphere that all of this stuff together provides. Who knows?
All I can say is that whatever it is, it works.
