Your traditional computer hardware store. I’d advise doing research into what you want to buy first and then just checking their website to see if they have stock and picking it up.
Every time that I’ve gone I’ve had to line up for a decent amount of time as their sales staff are always tied up with people who don’t know what they want or just full of questions. Great service once you are served though.

I can’t praise these guys enough. I’ve had two systems custom built to my specification, and bought a laptop and numerous accessories from them over the past few years. They’re a little pricier than CPL or MSY, but to my mind it’s 100% worth paying the extra for truly five-​star service.
For example, after I ordered one system, they called me up and said they were worried my power supply unit (PSU) was a bit underpowered, and wanted to know what I’d be using the computer for so they could recommend another model.
Their website is great too; their custom system builder works wonders and is a great tool for those of us who like to specify every single component of a new computer.
Very friendly, personable service. Their staff are knowledgable and passionate, which is something of a rarity nowadays.

This place is solid gold for the combination of actual customer service and the computer hardware they sell. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here over the years, and I’ve bought quite a bit of stuff without any problems.
Sometimes there’s a little bit of a wait, but it usually isn’t that bad, and if you pick your time well, you won’t really have much of a wait at all. They also do shipping, which is usually the main reason why I shop here these days, becausee MSY is so cheap that I have a hard time paying for the extra service and slightly higher price of Scorptec.
So if customer service is important to you, then go here. If price is more important, MSY is good too.
