Okay I’m totally biased as I live 25 steps away from this park but… It has it all. A great walking track. Multiple sports fields. Proper bathrooms. Several private clubs to join(tennis, lawn bowling, cricket etc). And there is a great playscape zone with a basketball court. Plus my favorite part all the dogs! There are several specified areas for open dog runs. They are so much fun to watch run and play. My kids and I love it

Not only dogs love running around in this park, children love it too. This park is an amazing place to enjoy quality time with family and friends, play games and just spend time in playing with your kids.

Now I’m not a dog lover by any measure — and I mean any measure. If any dog licks me, I’m straight to the nearest tap to wash my infested hands. I’m sure I’m painting a very loveable picture. Despite this fact, I’m still against animal cruelty and believe in a dog’s right to roam absolutely free at his or her park. And that’s why, when it comes to walking my girlfriend’s dog, I always choose Princes Park. Princes Park is great for a lot of things — it has 3 enormous ovals upon which to practice various sports, it has a kiosk open on weekends, and the space is pretty vast for the dedicated runner. It also has an enormous, fenced-off oval dedicated to allowing dogs to run a muck. You can catapult a tennis ball from one side to the other and your dog will have the time of its life trying to catch it. For all dog owners, this park is a must!
