Gloria Jean’s Coffees

Coffee shops are meant to be all about the atmosphere. You come in grab a coffee sit down and just relax or do some work.
Just like every other Gloria jeans this one is no exception, it is a disappointment. The coffee is average and the rest of the drinks are decent.
The lady that served me just took my cash and didn’t input into the register or gave me a receipt. Clearly a move to save money by avoiding taxes. The owner is clearly of Asian descent and it’s not surprising that this franchise too completes the same practice. Businesses like these are a disappointment to our Australian society as they provide no contribution and take the country’s freedom for granted.
Later on when I sat down with my drink I realised that there is no free wifi here within the store, which is really disappointing.
However I decided to stay just by using my wifi hotspot.
Following that the battery on my Mac began to slowly run out so I went looking for a power socket around the whole store. Did I find any? Nope. None at all.
This store is alright if you want to go grab a hot chocolate or a chai latte. But don’t go here to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The owner clearly is trying to save as much money as possible and is simply being plain greedy.
