Had lunch with hubby and kids there today. Ordered beef burger and chips for kids. Food took about half an hour to arrive. Fed my 2 year old some of the beef from the burger. After 5 mouthfuls realised the meat was uncooked. I tore open the patty and the whole middle was pink and slimy. Told waitress. She took the food away. Came back to me and told me it was precooked patty so it was no way it could be uncooked. I spoke to manager. He asked his chef, a grubby old woman who came out and said that she remembers that the patty was cooked. He signalled to her that I was just crazy and will just refund me the money for the meal. Not acknowledging the seriousness of the situation which was that I fed my 2 year old raw beef patty. Stay away!

Best coffee available around, food is well priced with a large range on the menu, the service is excellent all the time and they support a large variety of different diets eg gluten free etc.
