The lady who assisted us today 29/​09/​2015 was very helpful and even explained how to eat the pulled pork shoulder with two choices of sauce. At the same time, we just found out when we arrived in Sydney that she gave us 100% off in one of the main meal! Thank you!!! We will sure be coming back in there everytime we go to Canberra. Not sure if I caught them on a bad night. Have just got out entrees (delicious) after 40 minutes. Starving and thirsty!

We tried Thirst for the first time and were very pleased. The critics were right: The trout dumplings in green curry were great! We also really liked the crispy fish salad and the corn fritters (like regular fish cakes… but better!). And, although you can get massaman beef curry anywhere, this one was good because both the potatoes and the meat were in small pieces so they soaked up more of the flavor. It’s definitely not as cheap as say, Lemongrass, but I think it’s worth it when you want something more special. We also had a glass of chardonnay with our meal and it complemented nicely. The tasting menu was good because it let us try many things, but in the end it was a bit too much food. It just depends on what you’re in the mood for.
