As someone with exceedingly poor guitarist skills and a general tendency towards laziness, my guitar strings generally get pretty rusty, leading me to strum away unknowingly and either shred my fingers open or for the strings to snap and fling out at me.
And of course, you never have guitar strings at the ready. The Inner West can be a little barren for restocking at short notice, however, Logan’s Pianos in Burwood stock a range of guitars, songbooks, and the requisite strings, picks, capos, and other accessories.
Unlike most large music stores which can be intimidating to the novice, the staff at Logans are extremely approachable and it seems that a large portion of the customer base are parents purchasing instruments for their children, so they seem to receive a wide variety of enquiries.
