Just what was needed to start the day. Bloody great tasting coffee and a big breakfast that hit the spot.

Funky little café that does a really nice breakfast with great coffee as well! We both had the big breakfast which I think was called the ‘Rabbit Hole Breakfast’ which was beautiful! I would recommend this place to anyone and we will definatly be going back.

There are so many things I like about Run Rabbit Run, and the first is that they have an all day breakfast menu on weekends. WINNER! I can also have a single origin coffee! And a delicious smoothie! And everything is so cute including the music and the waitstaff and yes this is a hipster café and I am in my hipster ELEMENT. The coffee is great, the banana and honey smoothie is great, and the meal is one of the best takes on avocado and toast that I’ve ever eaten. The food comes out relatively quickly, though it does take the staff a little while to realise I want to eat food as well as drink coffee(otherwise I’d be slapping five stars on this review). Despite it being a deliciously hipsterly decked-out café, I note that the demographics of the other patrons on a Saturday morning are all over the place. It’s excellent, because the owners and staff of Run Rabbit Run are doing exactly what they want to do, and in this small town people aren’t scared off by feeling like only a particular demographic is allowed to patron a place. Coming from Brisbane, and spending a fair amount of time in Melbourne, I certainly have noticed these demographic-owned places in both those cities. Heck, it even happens a little down in Hobart. It’s really refreshing today to see all different types of people just chilling out, enjoying their company and their meals.
