Beach House

Staff was great they let us sit over our deserts as long as we wanted without waiting
Menu is highly varied and my salmon was well cooked and fabulous veggies were fresh and hot.

The food is tasty we have only been for lunch but it was great. The waiter Cam was so welcoming and couldn’t do enought for use.

Quite disappointing. Steak was ok. Veggies and potatoes were definitely microwaved. Not cooked fresh.

Beach House is very similar to a pub or a sports bar. It has many sections with tables and each section has access to a large TV. The food is like pub food but with the unusual twist of having to order and pickup from the counter yourself. Thought the food was a bit expensive taking this self service into consideration. Staff was helpful when it turned out we could not take back 5 plates at once and carried one for us. Seems like they should just take it to the table and get rid of the pager system to notify you it is ready. This location seemed more focused on the bar than the food service. The bar is obvious with the food ordering on the side. Food quality was good and tasty. The area is well suited to groups. Also good for birthday parties. Found the front door a bit bizarre since it does not rotate at the end. Possible for small child to get hurt in this gap. They cannot resist such things. Overall it was a good experience and it seems popular. Seems odd to brand it as a Beach House when it is so far from water. Rating it ³⁄₅ based on needing to pickup food.

I wasn’t impressed with the beach house at Browns Plains, the cocktail was not that nice as it was strong so I think the bar tender did not mix it right. The Caesar chicken wrap was quite bland and the chips like the ones I cook at home. Would I go back, not to this particular one, but I may try another one elsewhere seeing this is a chain of bar and grills. You walk in, grab a menu, sit down figure out what you want them order up at the counter. No table service this is all you. Overall ³⁄₅ stars and that’s being generous
