I was very impressed, not only with the repairs completed on my car, but also with the pre and post service of the entire staff at Auto Craft Paint & Panel. The interaction and follow up was as I would expect a business to operate — a rare occurrence it seems these days.
I also had a situation where a lock nut key had been misplaced after a flat tyre a week after I collected the car. The response on following up was immediate and a solution provided (many other businesses these days would pass it off)
