This shop does not even warrant ½ a star!
The service I received while in there this morning was atrocious, attendants were more interested in there own ridiculous conversations than helping me.
As I entered I wasn’t greeted but looked at while they continued to chat like the earth was running out of air, eventually one came over and asked if I was ok, he then picked the first suit out and flung it to me to try on and went back to his projectile garbage chat with his colleague. After stepping out and saying that I didn’t like it and him saying he will bring me another and waiting 5 minutes I stuck my head out and asked for some help. Both of them had gone over to another customer that had entered the store and left me for dry.
That was the worst customer service I have had in my life and I am appalled that it came from a company with such a good reputation.
Shame, as I was prepared to spend $ 800+

Only store in the city I could find the colour ties I was looking for that weren’t super skinny. (And I looked everywhere from Lowes to Hugo Boss).
Assistant was really friendly and helpful guy. Midrange prices.

Desperate recently for menswear hire in Brisbane with 2 days to spare we happened via Google on Tony Barlow Menswear and formal.
With the knowledgeable and extremely helpful Paul to assist my other half was not only informed about appropriately themed attire for a Great Gatsby gala dinner but was kitted out in record time as was his work colleague.
Congratulations on excellent customer service and a wide range of classy hire suits. Given the apparent dearth of menswear hire in Brisbane CBD don’t even bother looking elsewhere!
