Pizzantica

Had a chance to finally check out Pizzantica at the Bresvegas event last weekend. I love food trucks of any kind, but this one truly rocks! Woodfire pizza always wins! The pizza I had was fresh, hot and crispy, really delicious and was served within 5 minutes. $ 12 is a fair price as well!

Once you’ve had Luca’s pizza you’ll do your best to never eat another pizza again. Think I’m exaggerating? Find Luca at any of his regular market postings or hire him for a private party and then get back to me.
These pizzas are contenders for a 5 ingredients or less book because his pizzas are simple and classic. There’s no avocado. There’s no egg in the middle. No steal and bernaise sauce.
What you will find is a menu of 3 savory and 1 sweet pizza. They’re wood fired to order and feature beautifully fresh flavours of tomato, basil, garlic and mozzarella.
If it’s the simple life you crave, Pizzantica is one simple experience you need.
