I stayed in Room 804 on 4th to 5th April(Easter Weekend). We used a Scoopon deal that entitled us to some dining perks(a «free» lunch for 2 adults and 2 kids), discounted breakfast, and a great rate on the room. Overall, our stay was fine. I think some feedback about the Motion Bar and Grill is required so this part of the hotel can improve their service standards. ==Saturday== We arrived at lunch on the 4th and after getting settled in the room, we went straight down to Motion to redeem the lunch offer. This was a pre-paid meal essentially, but we were never offered the choice of purchasing a drink with our meal, or for the kids(which was a lost opportunity because we probably would have). On the way down in the elevators, we saw a $ 49 meal deal for 2 adults and kids, and asked the restaurant duty manager about the deal. He didn’t even know about the deal and used the excuse that he had been off for a few days as the reason. He even had to look in the elevator to read the deal :|. He promised he would call our room back with the details and he never did. ==Sunday Brekky== We arrived for brekky at 7am, and service was underway. We were shown to our table, and then kind of abandoned. No one explained that you could actually order freshly cooked omelettes, waffles and pancakes if you wanted to. So we just thought the offerings in the Bain Marie were what was available. We also had to wait for a starter coffee until one of the lovely table clearers came around and interacted with us. It was not a great impression, particularly considering that the breakfasts were $ 35 each. ==Monday Brekky== Monday’s service was much better, however there was only apples to juice on the juicing station. We still weren’t told about the freshly-prepared options on the buffet, but I pre-empted this and placed an immediate order for pancakes for the kids and an omelette for me. All cooked to order hot dishes were really well prepared. It’s worth noting that the chefs also prepare Bain Marie Eggs Benedict, which actually rivaled some Eggs Benedict I’ve had in proper breakfast cafes. So great work on getting this right!

There is a reason why the restaurant was empty. Horrible service. they sat us. took our dinner order, served us and forgot about us. The seafood tower was a gross mess. Cold seafood thrown onto a pretty display. The dipping sauces turned out to be 1 bland sauce. The chips came late. The burger stand down the street was more courteous to their patrons than this place.
