Apple Store

Busy if how I describe this Apple Store, it’s in a great location, there are plenty of staff, if you need something fixed and have made an appointment, usually they run on time. I find staff to be plentiful, helpful and friendly. There’s generally lots of stock, you don’t have to queue (unless it’s on release day) and you can usually find what you want with no problems.

How bloody ridiculous. I have to wait 1 ½ hours to see someone about ipod battery have to stay in store to wait or make appointments to come back. No wonder I dont want any thing to do with apple. They hold you to ransom. Not Happy jan !!!

Needed a case for my phone on iPhone 6 launch day. It was heaving.
Walked in. Picked up my case. Scanned it with my iPhone and the Apple Store app.
Paid using the credit card attached to my iTunes account and left.
I asked the girl at the door if she needed to see my online receipt she said «all cool dude. «
Great experience, as easy as possible shopping experience which is the way to go.

I think the idea behind the service at Apple stores is fantastic, and most of the time it works exceptionally well! I’ve been a few times and sometimes the service is exceptional, and sometimes it falls very short of expectations.
My last visit was due to a fault with my iPhone, and I knew that my warranty was about to end, so I made a booking, and arrived 10 minutes late on a Thursday night, and was told that I had missed my appointment and they were too busy to fit me in at any point throughout the night, which would be fine, as I was late, although a better service to the customer would have been to fit me in.
I made a booking for the following week, and arrived exactly on time, and was asked to take a seat, and wasn’t seen to for 15 minutes after the time of my appointment, and given my experience the week before, I was a little annoyed. Once I was seen to though, the service was great. They are efficient, organised and very thorough — professionalism while maintaining a friendly and down-​to-​earth disposition.
