The boss(I think he is) was enthusiastic. When we were looking the menu, he came to ask if we like some drinks first. We said we wanna have a look at the menu. After we ordered, he asked if we need some bread. When we wanna get the bill to pay, he asked if we want a coffee. Service was good, pasta was good although I don’t strongly agree that it was valuable. May wanna try other restaurant next time

Much better than what you’d expect. Probably the best Chicken Parm I’ve had in Australia. Garlic bread and caprese salad were good too, and the waiter was extremely personable and entertaining. Not gourmet or high end, but you can tell they take pride in what they do.

The pizza is ok. I’m a big cheese lover and that was lacking even though I ordered the four cheese pizza.

It is open now. Sat outside. Few people, so we got plenty of attention. Pizza was excellent. Pasta was good. Large portions. Impressed by condiment — garlic oil and chili oil

Yesterday Gonzie and I went to see Sculpture by the Sea at Bondi Beach, we were going to start early, but by the time Gonzie had finished playing with his cat and got himself organised it was lunch time, eventually we met and caught a bus to Bondi at which point we were starving. We went to Il Putino Italian restaurant across from the beach. I had no intention of drinking, but they were licensed and Gonzie talked me into it. Anyway we ended up with a bottle of red wine and so I figured I should order a steak to try and soak up as much of the wine as possible. I ordered the Eye Fillet, it was perfect, cooked so it was medium rare but leaning towards rare, which is exactly how I like it and it went perfectly with thick hand cut potato chips. The service was efficient and friendly, very impressed, ended up a little drunk though.
