There’s no better feeling then hitting a joint up for some much needed fuel after a workout and this place is conveniently located a floor below the Gym on Level 5 of the Westfield building. Pasta Pantry is home of pasta and salad dishes but they also do a few other dishes too namely breakfast sandwiches, buns and wraps. I have tried them out a few times for pasta dishes and I can’t fault them for variety and taste. There’s a wide range of fresh salads available be it chicken, beef, vegetables in multiple forms like the Cesar Salad, Asian beef noodle, mixed vegetables etc. All delicious but not the cheapest lunch option, but I guess healthy comes with a price tag. This morning I tried a breakfast bun. The options for this was either B.L.T., Salmon avocado. I opted to try the Salmon. The brioche bun went well with the smoked salmon and inside the bun was packed full with an egg and plenty of Avocado. This is a good option to start the day as it was a generously sized portion. I got it with a hot chocolate which was presented with a beautiful flower in the froth which is always a good way to start the day. I was satisfied with both the service and the food from Pasta Pantry and it’s a great option for me to use as a healthy post workout fuelling station.
