Red Man Cucina is one of those little suburban diamonds that will quickly become a firm favourite once you realise that the quality of the products and the reasonable prices, are hard to be beaten.
I’m lucky as Red Man is only a short drive from home so I can pop in when I’m hankering for a decent coffee (made with Di Bella beans), a crusty ciabatta roll or a slice of their delicious sweet breads. I’ve tried all the breads but the pumpkin and blueberry, and the chilli beetroot chocolate are the standouts.
Red Man makes a yummy chicken salad for $ 10, as well as daily muffin specials and other cakes and slices. Brownies and salted caramel feature regularly. The range of food is limited but it is seriously good. Where else can you get a yummy breakfast roll of egg, bacon and cheese for $ 6?
It’s a bit of a wait sometimes as the outdoor hatch window does a roaring trade in takeaway coffees and rolls all day long, but it’s worth the wait. Do try the toasted breads with your coffee — they are so moist and delicious! Remember to bring cash as Red Man doesn’t have Eftpos facilities, and check out the inside café as it’s full of quirky vintage games, memorabilia and a pinball machine.

More more MORE suburban eateries, please! What more do you need for breakfast than a super tasty egg and bacon ciabatta roll and coffee (no extra charge for soy). Only downside is the wait sometimes… the hatch is always pumping.

This place is a gem; not the location you would expect for a good café. Coffee is outstanding. Atmosphere and service is great. The owner is very friendly and polite and seems to be working there most days.
Today was the first day I’ve had food. I had the Red Man with double egg, double bacon, cheese, tomato and rocket. Sauces were amazing, I had a bbq, chilli, mayo combo. Very good.
I don’t live near here but I’ve made a habit of stopping in when ever I’m in the hood.

I’m the luckiest girl in the world, living only 1.5 minutes away from Red Man Cucina. First time going there I already felt like a regular, second time going there for my morning coffee and I was treated like part of the family. It really is a lovely little place, and the best coffee in town. The Bacon & Egg rolls are so satisfying, and SO cheap, it was love at first bite.

I really enjoy visiting the Red Man Cucina for breakfast. The bacon and egg rolls are delicious and only cost $ 5 each. There is a little outdoor eating area beside the ordering hatch that is comfortable when the weather is good. The staff are friendly and there is always plenty of parking beside and behind this establishment.

Quick, cheap, easy and quality. Service with a chat and a smile. Don’t even charge extra for soy. (Well not when I’ve been!)

Cheap, simple, friendly.
You will see mums, workers, police all standing around the hatch waiting for their orders.
$ 5 for a bacon & egg sandwich is a winner. Nothing over $ 10.
Inside is small if you do decide to dine in with lots of fun memorabilia like old wooden pinball machines, candy games & posters.
