The guys here have always been super-nice to us, so feel a little bad admitting this, but we only really go here when we’re feeling lazy, as it’s nice and close, otherwise would venture a little further for better. Pizza is nice enough going down, even if the crust can be a little soggy at time(I like me a firm crunchy crust), but the main issue is the amount of salt used must be colossal as every time we get take-away from here you wake up middle of the night needing to drink an ocean’s worth of water. But they seem like nice guys.

NOTES: ~ This review is based on delivery ONLY! I have not eaten inside this restaurant. ~ Minimum order for delivery is $ 20. ~ Delivery Special: 2 Large Traditional Pizzas, 1.25 Litre Soft Drink for $ 32. Food: The food here was pretty decent and compared to a lot of other pizza delivery restaurants in the area, have a nice variety as well. This is what sets Carmine’s Pizza House apart because when I’m having a nice meal, I don’t want a bit of just ONE thing — some sides are nice! My boyfriend had a Pepperoni Pizza which he quite enjoyed, but I didn’t have any of it. I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese($ 14) and we shared some Oven Baked Chicken Wings with Chips($ 17). Carmine’s Pizza House’s quality of the food is only about a 3 stars from me and with the steep prices, I’m afraid I’m going to have to drop it to 2 stars. It’s just not really worth it, despite the filling portions they provide. Spaghetti Bolognese — I am a huge lover of Spaghetti Bolognese — it is my favourite kind of pasta and it’s so basic yet so delicious. However, this meal had some sort of strange sour taste to it and I didn’t really know what the origin was. Whatever it was, it was quite off-putting. I had to mix in some of my own additions to make it bearable(wine and herbs). Oven Baked Chicken Wings & Chips — These were quite nice and I loved the chips. However, for $ 17 I expect a bit more bang for my buck. — Overall, Carmine’s Pizza House is by no means awful food. If you have the extra money to spend, by all means go for it. However, comparing quality to price — something just seems a bit off.
