A mate of mine was getting married, and he had organised his tuxedo and those of his groomsmen through Formal Wear of Melbourne in Ashburton. If you’ve ever been through the process of getting a suit sorted out for a wedding, you’ll know that it can be a really boring experience, as it can take a long time for each individual to get fitted and that sort of thing. Sometimes I’ve been treated rather rudely, too. I’m a portly gentleman, for sure, but I don’t need snide comments from the fitter about my physique, thank you very much sir.
Anyway, long story short, this place was very efficient in getting us all fitted out, making sure that everything looked like it should, and generally did their best to make sure the groom and his posse of groomsmen looked the part. I recommend these guys completely.

Planning a wedding is pretty stressful, especially when the groom decides its ok to leave things till the last minute, and two weeks before the wedding he still hasn’t organised suits!
Enter Formal Wear of Melbourne. They were a pleasure to deal with. They had everything tailored and ready to go within a few days. That’s a big feat when there a groom, six (yes six!) groomsmen, a page boy and two fathers to dress.
I couldn’t be more positive about our experience, and would definitely recommend them.
