Look this is not the fanciest looking Chinese Restaurant but the food is fantastic, it’s clean the food is always hot and the staff are friendly and efficient !! We love their family meal deal and your allowed to swap a dish if the menu is not to your liking. Easily feeds a family of four and leftovers for the next days lunch ! The kids love watching the large fish swimming around in the tank while waiting for the food to cook but you can call ahead and place an order if you wish. I can’t remember a time that I have driven past and this restaurant has not been busy ! Must try !

After being disappointed with our local Chinese Takeaway we went looking and found this little gem. We have eaten here a number of times and the food has always been good, the staff have been excellent and the restaurant always looks clean and inviting. This is not somewhere you’d take someone if you were out to impress, but if you wanted a nice place to take the family out for a tasty meal this is a great option. We drive 15 minutes past a number of other stores to come here, that’s how much we like it.

I just love eating in at Chinese Restaurants. The token fish tank, cheap table cloths and distinctive lantern tassels that dangle from the ceiling. All of these characteristics evoke within me fond childhood memories. For this reason(and this reason alone) I regularly eat in at my local Chinese restaurant, Albany Court. The food is good but nothing to write home about — I usually order King Prawn with Cashews, it’s pretty tasty but you don’t get a lot of prawns. It does kind of annoy me that it is so much more expensive to dine in than it is to take-away. The best thing about Albany Court is that it has all of the classic Chinese restaurant characteristics listed above and more, this is why I will keep going back!

I found this restaurant while driving through and well, my husband and I were hungry and thought we’d give them a shot. We had the stir fried beef with cashew nuts and vegetables — 3⁄5 not tasty, but not not tasty! We also ordered the salt and pepper spare ribs — 4⁄5 really nice, really tasty too! Then we had some special fried rice — always the tasty dish. Overall, we had a good experience there, given the place wasn’t really packed, our food came out hot and quickly with the service quite friendly. I did have to repeat my order a few times, but don’t we all at chinese restaurants? Would go back if I was in the area again totally. I’m going to try the salt and pepper calamari next time, we saw the table next to us order it and it looked yummy!
