Neptune Palace Chinese Restaurant

Decided to try out this restaurant after walking past it tonight. Eh, it reopened already? I was still thinking that this place is under reconstruction.
Ordered Sweet and sour pork, and Tofu with Mushrooms on Oyster sauce.
Waited almost 20 – 25 minutes before the food arrived. It’s not full house, not even half filled, and I actually suspect another table who came in after us got all their food first. Hmpt. First gripe.
And when the food came, the tofu was right. The pork? They sent us Sesame fried chicken instead. 2^nd gripe.
Now when all the food arrive, it’s time for tasting! 3^rd gripe? yeah right. The tofu mushrooms must be the saltiest food I’ve eaten at a restaurant. It’s so salty you can’t eat without stuffing it down with some rice. DOH. The pork was alright, even though my wife thinks that it’s not ‘sour’, I think it’s pretty fair. The meat is juicy and the sauce a tat sweeter than it’s sour. YMMV though.
