Bliss Events

We went to Bliss Events for our wedding ceremony decorations as they are one of the more publicised places in Adelaide for such things.
They wouldn’t discuss options via email or phone so we had to made a booking to have a chat — but then they were a good half hour late for it. Throughout the planning the girl assisting us, whilst very enthusiastic, wasn’t really paying attention to what I (I mean of course we) wanted but what she assured me would ‘look good’. Listen lady if I want my ceremony to look like a dozen flamingos exploded on a Jackson Pollock painting, you’re in the business of making that happen!
She assured us the quote would be emailed to us in the next fortnight. 2 months later I received the quote — which in all honesty was pretty decent. They never followed up to see if we had received or were interested in the quote so we assumed they weren’t interested in gaining our business.
We went with someone else prefering to pay more for better service, getting exactly what we wanted and being able to trust that they would deliver what they promised.
