Holy Cats! How many ways can I say yum? This is hands down some of the best food I’ve had in the area. I just tried their entrécotè steak and it was fantastic (picture is attached). I asked for medium-​rare and I FINALLY got it. It had delicious herbal butter on top of the steak, I could eat that stuff straight. The ratatouille was just right in flavor, not overpowering. It had a mushroom and sautéed onion side that was very good as a compliment to the steak. It also had a thinly sliced potato dish that was «Tttteeeerrrrifick», a Tony the Tiger would say.
The location is hidden in a large square building. I never would have found the place of it wasn’t recommended. I now see why. It keeps the embiance quiet, personable, and romantic. It is locked in the middle of the city but you don’t hear the majority of the outside city from the biergarten. You have to see it for yourselves. The older crowd knows of this place and I get the impression they keep it a secret for a good reason.
The hostess/​waitress/​co-​owner was very warm and sweet. She can also sweet talk the devil into eating some dessert when he’s full. Gotta love her. It was a homemade sorbet and it was very nummy.
I’m very happy to have come here. This is definitely the first of many more visits for me. I hope you feel the same.

Allgemein
In den Restaurant Viola in der Vaihinger Strasse hatten wir wieder mal einen Elternstammtisch. Wie saßen hinten und und das durchaus elegante Restaurant war ziemlich voll besetzt.
Bedienung
Die Bedienung arbeitete schnell und zuverlassig. Die Getränke und Speisen konnten den entsprechenden personen zu geordnet werden.
Das Essen
meine Frau aß eine Gänsekeule, Klösse, Semmelknödel und Rotkohl. Ich hatte einen Schwäbischen rostbraten mit Bartkartoffeln. Man konnte zwischen Groß und Klein wählen. Das Essen war lecker, warm bis heiß und nett angerichet. Es gab Nachtisch auf Kosten des Hauses und getrunken haben wir Rot– und Weißweine.
Das Ambiente
Es ist Ambiente der späten achtziger Jahre, aber ist tadellos.
Sauberkeit
toilette nicht besucht. Aber sonst alles sauber.

Schöner, topmoderner Laden zentral in Sindelfingen gelegen. Bin hier auf Empfehlung von meiner Schwester gelandet und er hat mich wirklich überzeugt.
Trotz größerer Veränderung war ich von Anfang an super-​zufrieden. Auch die Beratung war super, weil ich sonst wahrscheinlich doch einen Rückzieher gemacht hätte. ;-)
Ich war — ebenfalls auf besondere Empfehlung — direkt bei bei Vince (Enzo) und werde auch zukünftig bei ihm bleiben.
Die Produktlinien sind Kerastase & Revlon.
Für meinen Schnitt und die Strähnen (ganzer Kopf) habe ich insgesamt 119EUR gezahlt, was hier in der Region im normalen Mittel liegt.
