Tropencamp

Während eines ausgiebigen und informativen Rundgangs in der Biosphäre, kann man hier denselben für eine kleine Pause unterbrechen.
Hier wird einem eine wohlig-​tropische Atmosphäre geboten. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm und der Service freundlich und auf den Punkt.
Hier werden die klassischen Kaffeespezialitäten und kalte Erfrischungsgetränke angeboten. Unterschiedliche Kuchen– und Smoothiesorten komplettieren das Angebot.
Die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind dreigeteilt. Man hat einen Sitzbereich noch innerhalb der Biosphäre in der Nähe eines Wasserbeckens an dem man Fische und Enten beobachten kann, dann gibt es den klassischen Café-​Raum mit Tresenbereich, sowie den Erholungsbereich auf der Außenterrasse mit wunderschönen Blick über das Gelände. Gerade bei einem Sonnenuntergang ist die Sicht geradezu atemberaubend.
Mehr kann man für eine kurze Pause nicht erwarten.

Café Tropencamp located inside of Biosphäre Potsdam, it’s quite nice decorated, very tropical. There three kind different area you could choose to sit down, one is inside the Biosphäre, there is a little pond next by, nice for birds and fish watch. And then there are seat inside the café, here are less humid compared with the seats inside the garden, it has TV and music, the camp style made it look even cooler. At last, there are seats out in the fresh air. For me personally, I like this area the most. I could look around, the view here is really beautiful and peaceful, especially at the sunset time. Great place to catch up with friends and enjoy a nice coffee.
The coffee here is ok, nothing really special. Just like other cafés they also offer cakes. Price here are totally reasonable. Beside coffee they have other drinks as well, smoothies taste quite good. If you come with a promotion ticket, you could also get a free drink from here. Brilliant!
At the end, after a long and existing trip inside the beautiful Biosphäre, this is definitely a nice place to sit down and refresh yourself, not only physically, but also spiritually.
