Yogimotion. Komm zu Dir.

I stumbled across this lovely yoga studio at the beginning of a seven week stay in Neuss and am so thrilled to have found it!
Wiebke, the owner and primary teacher, has created a relaxed and welcoming environment for practicing yoga. The studio is large and light-​filled, well-​equipped with props (mats, blankets, blocks, pillows, and straps), and tucked in a courtyard with little outside noise.
All the teachers I’ve encountered have delivered well-​balanced, student-​focused classes. Wiebke in particular is an incredible teacher with a positive, encouraging style that makes even the most challenging poses and active sequences enjoyable. Almost every class I’ve taken with Wiebke has involved laughing at some point :)
The classes are entirely in German, but many of the teachers (including Wiebke) speak a little English and I’ve been able to follow along with few problems despite my very limited German language skills.
Yogimotion has daytime and evening classes during the week and often offers workshops on weekends. There are classes specifically for beginners, those for all levels, a few for expectant mothers, and even a weekly kids class!
I am sad to have only a short time to spend at Yogimotion, but so delighted to have been able to practice there at all!
