Neither good nor bad. It’s relatively cheap, and if you are driving, it’s not so far away from most places in Munich. But be warned, there’s no elevator, so you have to be schlepping your baggages up 1 or 2 stories! It can be reached from the S-​bahn station by bus, taking like 20 to 30 minutes from downtown, but if after hours it will cost you, as it’s like € 30 from the Hauptbahnhof! Breakfast isn’t included, unlike most Pensions, at € 7 more, might as well go out for a currywurst which is like half the price, it’s not like you are going to eat for the entire day! Last but not least, the rooms aren’t spacious even by German standards, and it’s in the suburbs, so it’s really tiny! I wanted to give 2.5, but you can’t give half a star on Unilocal
