This is no doubt the best place for bubble tea and tea in Munich, I actually like their selection BUT I will not be coming back due to not being served today.
I walked in today around lunchtime to find nobody behind the counter, but two customers sitting in the tiny café. It sounded like someone was having lunch in the room behind the bar.
I waited 5 minutes and said «Hello?» One of the customers screamed in mandarin that a customer was here.
No response at all. I continued to hear the noises. I waited a few more minutes, and still no response.
I could have reached over and made my own drink or took cash out of the register at that point, since no one who worked there seemed to care if a customer was even there. I left, without tea.
It’s a pity they don’t care to keep their business.

Der beste Bubble Tea in München! Das Café ist zwar klein und schnuckelig, aber richtig schön eingerichtet. Es bringt mir Taiwan ein Stück näher. Ich werde jetzt öfters kommen. Besitzer sind freundlich. Und der bubble Tea war nicht überzuckert und hat nach gutem Matcha geschmeckt. Für 3.20 € mit Tapioka.

Excellent milk tea place in Munich. Very authentic and yummy. Staff is friendly and quick. I recommend to leave the rather unhealthy bubbles out and also ask for 50% sweet. That removes a lot of sugar and you can actually taste and enjoy the original flavor of the milk and the tea.
Love to come here after dinner for my regular milk tea treat.
