I bought a racket for a gift . I received without strings(unlike what was specified when I purchased) they asked me to send photos of the article barcode They replied admitting the mistake and telling me : — to make the return — choose a courier(then prepare a package) — wait for the courier at home to receive it — Place a new order — Communicate the IBAN for the reimbursement of shipping costs — Wait for the new Article it is a deterrent to making the return !! no comment I proposed a solution faster and cheaper(giving me a voucher equal to the equivalent value of the strings), but they said that the only procedure is the one they proposed I suggest to make your purchases elsewhere!

Keller has the very worst customer service I have ever experienced. After ordering 2 pairs of running shoes and waiting several weeks, I wrote several emails enquiring as to their status. I did not receive a single reply from Keller and so eventually, after 6 weeks, I lodged a claim through paypal. Just received an email saying that the shoes were not available and that they had refunded me the money but the refund had not gone through, unbeknown to them. Yeah right! Edit. Never received refund from Keller. Thankfully Paypal paid me. I would advise against using this company.

Mein Eindruck von dem Tennis-onlineshop : Sehr große Sortimentauswahl, gute Beratung(ich bin großer Freund der Chatfunktion), benutzerfreundliche Bedinungsoberfläche und der Clou heute bestellt morgen da und das sind nicht bloße leere Versprechungen. Bei all meinen 5 Bestellungen wurde dieses Versprechen eingehalten. Der Anbieter wirkt darüberhinaus sehr seriös und professionell. Bei mir hat bisher immer alles super geklappt. Besonders zufrieden bin ich mit den Nike Damentennis Schuhen, die ich mir letzte Woche bestellt habe, die waren um einiges günstiger als ich sie im Laden gesehen habe.
